All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Himanchal Tour Packages (A unit of Avakaza Travyou Pvt. Ltd.)
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid by the specified due date.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit and any non-recoverable costs.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee as detailed in your booking confirmation.
Refunds are processed within 15 days of cancellation and are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.
Changes to Itinerary:
Any requests to change the itinerary must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Himanchal Tour Packages (A unit of Avakaza Travyou Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, political instability, or travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, and for complying with local laws and regulations.
Himanchal Tour Packages (A unit of Avakaza Travyou Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to a traveler’s failure to comply with these requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Himanchal Tour Packages (A unit of Avakaza Travyou Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package, excluding any non-refundable fees or expenses.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
PAYMENT POLICY :-
30% payment of the Package on the date of booking.
20% payment of the Package after confirmation voucher.
50% payment of the Package on first day of the trip.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY :-
Booking Cancel before 15 days to the travel date 100 % refundable will apply.
Booking cancel between 15 to 07 days prior to the travel date 50 % Cancellation will apply.
Booking cancel within 07 days prior to the travel date 100 % Cancellation will apply.
Every Cancellation percentage will be applied on the Total Package Cost booked.
All the wildlife safaris and adventure activities booked are Non Refundable.
